P&H: NDPS: 36 ml of Buprenorphine cannot be treated as commercial quantity, bail granted.
The Punjab and Haryana High Court has granted regular bail to a man accused in an NDPS case involving recovery of Buprenorphine injections, holding that the alleged recovery of 36 ml could not prima facie be treated as commercial quantity.
Justice Manisha Batra was hearing the second bail petition filed by Rohit, who was booked under Section 22(c) of the NDPS Act in an FIR registered at Police Station Sanoli, District Panipat. His earlier bail plea had been withdrawn.
