P&H: Six-Day Delay in FIR, Weak Evidence Lead Court to Uphold Acquittal

The Punjab and Haryana High Court has dismissed a criminal revision filed by a complainant challenging the acquittal of an accused in a case under Sections 323, 341 and 506 of the IPC. Justice Neerja K. Kalson upheld the findings of the trial court and the appellate court, saying there was no reason to interfere in revisional jurisdiction.
