The Punjab and Haryana High Court has dismissed as withdrawn a habeas corpus petition filed by the State of Punjab concerning Enforcement Directorate action at the GMADA headquarters in Mohali. The petition had alleged that several senior officers and officials of the State and GMADA were being illegally confined during search and survey proceedings under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002.
