The Punjab and Haryana High Court has dismissed a civil revision petition filed by Sheebaz Hotel Pvt. Ltd. and another, who sought to reopen their cross-examination of a decree-holder’s witness in execution proceedings pending before the Civil Judge (Junior Division), Ludhiana.
