P&H: Directs Haryana To Consider Teacher’s Claim For Transfer For CISF-Spouse Category
The Punjab and Haryana High Court has directed Haryana authorities to consider a teacher’s claim for 10 merit points under the 2026 Teacher Transfer Policy because her husband serves in the Central Industrial Security Force (CISF). Justice Harpreet Singh Brar held that the claim could not be rejected solely because the service certificate was not uploaded during the portal’s document-validation period.
