P&H: Denies Interim Bail to Man Seeking to Care for Wife With Stage-IV Cancer
The Punjab and Haryana High Court has refused to grant Rajat Dahra eight weeks of interim bail to care for his wife, who was stated to be suffering from Stage-IV metastatic cancer. Justice Sumeet Goel held that the request had to be assessed alongside the allegations against Dahra and his alleged role in the offence.
