P&H: Rejects Candidate’s Plea To Sit Agricultural Development Officer Subject Test
The Punjab and Haryana High Court has dismissed a candidate’s plea to participate provisionally in the Subject Knowledge Test for Agricultural Development Officer posts in Haryana. Justice Nidhi Gupta held that the candidate had not qualified the Screening Test under the revised result and was therefore not eligible to take the next test.
The petitioner had applied for the post under the BC-B (Non-Creamy layer of Haryana) category. Her roll number appeared in the original Screening Test result, but the Haryana Public Service Commission later issued a revised result on October 5, 2026, withdrawing the earlier result.
