P&H: Upholds Pre-Trial Amendment to Pleadings in WhatsApp Acknowledgment Dispute
The Punjab and Haryana High Court has dismissed a revision petition challenging an order that allowed Safeways Auto Spares Private Limited to amend its plaint in a suit against Mahalaxmi Tempo House and another. Justice Virinder Aggarwal held that the proposed amendment could help determine whether the suit was within the limitation period.
