P&H: Refuses to stop apartment association elections, says petitioners cannot resile from agreed settlement
The Punjab and Haryana High Court has declined to interfere with orders directing fresh elections to the Executive Board of the ATS Prelude Apartment Owners Association at Dera Bassi. The Court said the petitioners could not be permitted to backtrack from a statement recorded during appellate proceedings that the dispute had been amicably resolved and that fresh elections were acceptable.
