The Punjab and Haryana High Court has granted regular bail to accused, who was booked under various provisions of the NDPS Act after being nominated on the basis of a co-accused’s disclosure statement.

The FIR, registered in Amritsar, alleged recovery of 510 grams of heroin and Rs 30.18 lakh from co-accused. The petitioner was not found in possession of any contraband and was implicated only through the co-accused’s disclosure.
