The Punjab and Haryana High Court has dismissed the second bail petition filed by Hira Singh alias Kali in a murder case arising out of FIR No. 195 dated 14 August 2022 registered at Police Station Lambi, Sri Muktsar Sahib.

The case was based on allegations by Rajpal Kaur, who said that her son Jaswinder Singh alias Sona and nephew Rinku Singh were attacked while travelling on a motorcycle.
