The Punjab and Haryana High Court has set aside the cancellation of a candidate’s candidature for the post of Field Assistant in Haryana’s Higher Education Department. Justice Harpreet Singh Brar directed the authorities to reconsider Mohit Gulia’s candidature and issue joining instructions, noting that he had repeatedly sought clarity about his appointment.
