P&H: Refuses to Interfere With Findings Invalidating Will, Exclusion of natural heir without any reason
The Punjab and Haryana High Court has dismissed a regular second appeal filed by Bhopal Singh and another against concurrent findings that a Will dated 18 March 2008 was surrounded by suspicious circumstances and could not be treated as genuine.
The dispute arose from a suit filed by Jagmal Singh, who claimed that the suit property was ancestral and that he had a share in it along with his brothers.
