The Punjab and Haryana High Court has declined to revive an execution petition filed by Amarjit Jassal in his long-running service dispute with the Punjab State Electricity Board, now PSPCL. The case concerned Jassal’s claim for promotion as Assistant Engineer and the consequential benefits flowing from a decree passed in his favour by the first appellate court in 1998.
