P&H: Directs Reconsideration of PGT Hindi Candidate Declared Ineligible Over Later Issued Marksheet
The Punjab and Haryana High Court has directed the Haryana Staff Selection Commission and other authorities to reconsider the candidature of Anita for the post of PGT Hindi after she was declared ineligible because a combined marksheet for her M.A. Hindi qualification was issued after the recruitment cut-off date.
Anita had applied under Advertisement No. 4/2015 for Category 7 of the PGT Hindi recruitment. Although her documents were verified and she was interviewed, the final result declared her ineligible. She approached the High Court seeking quashing of the result and consideration of her candidature for appointment.
