P&H: Grants bail in alleged Rs 33.99 lakh pesticide supply fraud

The Punjab and Haryana High Court has granted regular bail to Gurbhej Singh, accused of cheating a pesticide and seed supplier by allegedly posing as a partner in a firm. Justice Manisha Batra allowed his petition under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
